I'll do my best not to go on about how angry I am at the world and how most people have failed to present humanity in an admirable light though I may find it difficult to hold back. Lets just say I'm not best pleased with people I know or people I don't know for that matter, they are increasingly disappointing. The point I would like to make however is that the intricate set of social rules and even, no, especially universal rules are complete and utter crap. Things such as "You have to do things you don't want to", "that's just the way things are" or the most annoying of them all: "Life's not fair". When asked 'Why?' no-one ever seems to have any other answer than "I don't know". I refuse to accept that I must do something because that's the way things have always been done and it just wouldn't be cricket to do them in my own way. I'm sure everyone would agree, things shoudn't be like that but is anyone willing to stand up and do something about it? no. No they aren't. Why? They are only human. Only human indeed. Only human meaning they are too selfish, too lazy and too stupid to care.
I'm sorry I said I'd try not to spout that sort of literature but alas I did.
After all, I'm only human.
